Does it say something about the people in libraries or lawyers as people?

This article is timely – particularly as just last week, we went through a Workplace Safety training session at which we learned that the vast majority of the public are reasonable people. This article seems to confirm that. It would have been very interesting for the reporters to have left a wallet in the Toronto Public Library Reference Centre on Yonge Street. Leaving the wallet at Osgoode Hall Law Library begs the question: is it the people in libraries or lawyers as people the reason it hasn’t been returned.
